Role Description:
Works on Level-2/Level-3 Support issues, Bug fixes and Enhancements.
Performs root cause analysis for critical incidents and bug fixes.
Attends red team meetings for any critical incidents.
Required Experience:
Should have exposure on Incident/Problem Management Process and Tools.
Should have at least 2 years of experience on Oracle Middleware products (OID, OAM etc).
Should have experience on Implementation and Integration in Middleware products.
Should have good communication and Technical skills.
